S&B Web App

To use the Web App, ensure your device supports Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) and use one of the following browsers:

• iOS: Bluefy or WebBLE (note: WebBLE does not support firmware updates)
• macOS: Chrome
• Windows: Chrome or Edge
• Android: Chrome (requires Location Services enabled)

The Web App offers a full suite of customization and information tools:

• Adjust temperatures (Base, Booster, Superbooster)
• Toggle vibration motor
• Dim or disable the LED display
• Extend auto shut-off timer (only on the Crafty+)
• View charge level and operating hours
• Change temperature unit (°C/°F)
• Locate your vaporizer via the app
• Access manuals, plant lists, warranty terms, and more

💡 The Devices function fully without the app using factory settings.
However, the Web App allows you to fine-tune settings and view advanced data.

If your device won’t connect:

1. Reset the device.
2. Then:
   ► Power off vaporizer for 5 minutes
   ► Turn off both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on your smartphone
   ► Restart your smartphone
   ► Re-enable Bluetooth only
   ► Ensure no other Bluetooth device is connected
   ► Open the Web App and switch on your vaporizer

Android Users: Make sure Location Services are enabled—this is required by Android 6+ for BLE access.

💡 If your devices serial includes "O" or "0", try swapping them during registration.

For firmware updates, follow these instructions (iOS via Bluefy browser):

1. Install Bluefy from the App Store.
2. Update to the latest version if already installed.
3. On iOS:
   ► Open Settings > Safari
   ► Scroll down and “Clear History and Website Data”
   ► Then, set Auto-Lock to “Never” under Settings > Display
4. Launch the Bluefy app
5. Enter app.storz-bickel.com in the URL bar
6. Tap Connect and choose your device
7. Keep the vaporizer near your device during the update

💡 WebBLE does not support firmware updates—use compatible browsers.
