Warranty Period
The product warranty consists of a statutory warranty of 2 years and an optional, 1-year limited S&B warranty.
If you register your device within 4 weeks of purchase, you will receive the additional year S&B warranty for your VOLCANO CLASSIC, VOLCANO HYBRID, VENTY, or MIGHTY+.
The devices VEAZY, MIGHTY, CRAFTY+, and PLENTY are excluded from this.

To determine warranty claims, STORZ & BICKEL requires valid proof of purchase.

Repairs

Repairs within the warranty
If your device is within the warranty period and the defect is covered, we will repair it free of charge. Please register your device and initiate an RMA process through your customer account. -
Repairs outside the warranty or excluded cases
If the warranty for the device has expired or the defect is not covered, you can request a paid repair through your customer account under "My Devices" → "Buy Repair".
The repair includes the replacement of wear parts (such as seals) and a thorough cleaning of the device.
Repaired devices have a 12-month warranty in accordance with our repair conditions (§ 10).
Exceptions
Depending on the country, exceptions to the warranty conditions apply.
- In some countries, due to legal restrictions, an additional year of warranty is not possible. Here, a 2-year warranty applies:
Egypt, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, Costa Rica, Guernsey, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Jersey, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, Colombia, Korea, Kosovo, Kuwait, Malaysia, Mexico, Mozambique, Pakistan, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Samoa, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, China - For Australia, an additional year of warranty is only possible for medical devices.
- For Chile, Israel, and the Republic of South Africa, an additional year of warranty is only possible if the device was purchased through one of our partners (e.g., VOLCANNA) and a corresponding invoice is uploaded.
Additionally, the following applies:
- VOLCANO feet and other wear parts are excluded from the warranty.
- Exposure to water or moisture is not covered by the warranty and can lead to irreparable damage to the device.
