SOLID VALVE

The SOLID VALVE System

The SOLID VALVE is the original valve-balloon system and remains a reliable and proven option.

It was the first valve system in our product portfolio and continues to be valued by many customers due to its robust construction and versatility.

Although it requires a bit more maintenance than the EASY VALVE system, the SOLID VALVE system is durable and solid. The SOLID VALVE system allows for easy one-handed operation and long-term use with replaceable parts, making it an excellent choice for frequent users who appreciate sustainability and solid quality.

Material

We place the utmost importance on care and precision when selecting the components and materials of our products.

  • The balloon is made of PET and contains no plasticizers such as BPA (Bisphenol A)
  • It is food-safe, tasteless, and heat-resistant.

Due to the large surface area of the balloon, the air cools down while the balloon is being filled, making inhalation possible immediately after filling the balloon.

Using the SOLID VALVE
  1. Remove the filling chamber insert.

  2. Fill the filling chamber with the desired amount of crushed plant material.

  3. Reinsert the filling chamber insert.

  4. Press the pin of the filling chamber insert down into the filling chamber.
    This lowers the screen.
The contents in the filling chamber are loosely fixed between the screens.
The filling chamber disc rests on the upper edge of the filling chamber cylinder.

  5. Place the filling chamber onto the exhaust nozzle and let it click into place.

  6. Press the heating rocker switch (HEAT).
The "HEAT" rocker switch and the yellow "CONTROL" indicator light turn on.
    The heating process has started.

  7. Set the desired temperature on the rotary knob (temperature controller).

  8. Pull the valve balloon taut.

  9. Place the valve balloon vertically onto the filling chamber.
► The two grips of the valve snap in.
► The valve of the balloon opens.
► The valve balloon fills with vapor.

  10. Observe the vapor development. Fill the valve balloon only with as much vapor as is expected to be used in the next 10 minutes. Do not fill the valve balloon completely (overpressure) to avoid vapor loss.

  11. Press the "AIR" rocker switch (pump).
► The pump is turned off.

  12. Remove the valve balloon from the filling chamber. While doing so, press the valve at the grip recesses together with your thumb and forefinger.
► The valve of the balloon closes.
► The valve balloon is separated from the filling chamber.
► Vapors cannot escape from the valve balloon.

  13. Remove the filling chamber from the vaporizer. Place the filling chamber only on a heat-resistant surface.

  14. Attach the valve to the mouthpiece.
► The two grips of the valve snap in.

  15. Start the application immediately. Press lightly with your lips against the mouthpiece.
► The valve of the balloon opens.

  16. Inhale the vapors from the valve balloon.

Disassembly & Assembly
  1. Disassembly of the Mouthpiece

Pull the lip part off the mouthpiece cylinder and remove the cylinder from the mouthpiece housing.

  2. Disassembly of the Valve
Loosen the slip ring and remove the valve balloon together with the balloon holder ring.
Insert your index finger into the open end of the valve cylinder.
Push the valve cylinder upwards until you can unscrew the valve cap.
Remove the valve cap and the sealing ring.
Pull the valve cylinder together with the valve spring out of the valve housing.
In case of stiffness, the components can be loosened by warming them in warm water.

  3. Disassembly of the Filling Chamber Insert
The filling chamber insert can be easily removed from the filling chamber.
The filling chamber insert can be disassembled by unscrewing the hex nut.

  4. Disassembly of the Filling Chamber
The lower filter is pushed out of the filling chamber. The filling chamber ring can be pulled off with tweezers.
The filling chamber housing and the filling chamber cylinder can now be unscrewed. In case of stiffness, the components can be loosened by warming them in warm water.

► Assembly is done in the reverse order.

Notes for Optimal Use
Before placing the SOLID VALVE balloon on the filling chamber, pull the balloon taut so that it is vertically aligned. We recommend turning off the pump when the balloon is 90% filled to avoid backpressure.

Follow all the steps described in this section and check whether all parts are correctly assembled and properly seated.

Check the balloon for any damage, such as holes.
