When you create a customer account in our online shop, you are automatically enrolled in the S&B point system.
This program allows you to:
- Earn points with every purchase
- Convert these points into monetary value
- Redeem them easily during checkout
💡 The point system does not collect or use any additional personal information beyond what is necessary for your customer account.
💡You may request deletion of your customer account and any associated S&B points at any time. Simply send an email to privacy@storz-bickel.com
Ways to earn S&B Points:
- for each product review
- for creating a customer account
- for subscribing to our newsletter (Only valid for first-time subscriptions via account creation)
- for placing orders while logged in

+ extra S&B Points when your invited friend places an order
💡 Important: Always log into your customer account before placing an order to ensure your points are recorded. Points cannot be added retroactively to your account or guest orders.

- Navigate to the “S&B Points” section.
- View your balance, transaction history, and manage notifications for point expiry.
