Device Registration

Attention: We have a medical product line (VAPORMED) and a household product line (STORZ & BICKEL).

Register your device at VAPORMED or STORZ & BICKEL, depending on where you purchased it.
Use this online guide to be directed to the correct page.

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Go to "My Devices" and select "REGISTER DEVICE".
   
    
3. Fill in all information to register your device and select "SUBMIT".
   

    

4. You will receive a confirmation email once your device registration is successful.
   This may take up to 72 hours.

• You will receive an additional year of warranty for your VOLCANO CLASSIC, VOLCANO HYBRID, VENTY, or MIGHTY+ if you register the device within four weeks of purchase.
  The devices VEAZY, MIGHTY, CRAFTY+, and PLENTY are excluded from this.
• You can view warranty services and submit warranty claims.
• You can view repair services and submit repair requests.

Possible reasons are:

• Serial number could not be validated (please send us a picture of your device's nameplate).
• The provided invoice was insufficient (it should contain at least the following: purchase date, item, and price), or your invoice may have exceeded the maximum file size of 2 MB.

• Please understand that if proof of purchase or receipt is missing, we will use the date when we first sold the devices as a reference to calculate the remaining warranty period of the device.
• Please note that this date may be earlier than your actual purchase date if you ordered through a distributor.
