Disassembling & Assembling

Disassembling the Cooling Unit  
  1. Pull the Mouthpiece out of the Cooling Unit Cap while slightly turning it counterclockwise.
  2. Pull off the Mouthpiece Seal Ring using the Filling Chamber Tool and the recess.
  3. Put the edge of the Mouthpiece into the notch at the Rotary Cap and turn it counterclockwise to open and pull out.
  4. Pull off the Seal Ring from the Rotary Cap using the recess and the Filling Chamber Tool if necessary.
  1. Pull the Cooling Unit Cap off the Vaporizer.
  1. Slide the Intermediate Base off the Cooling Unit Base.
  1. Unscrew the Cooling Unit Base from the Vaporizer by turning it 90° counterclockwise.
  1. Carefully press out the Screen from above using the Filling Chamber Tool.
  1. Lever out the large Base Seal Ring with the Filling Chamber Tool at the recess in the groove.


 

💡 Assemble the parts in reverse order.

  • Slide the Intermediate Base onto the Cooling Unit Base.
  • When assembling, make sure that Seal Rings are properly seated.
  • Insert Screen in the groove provided for this purpose.
Removing the Filling Chamber Screen  

To remove the Filling Chamber Screen for cleaning or replacement:

  1. Using pointy tweezers, cautiously lever the Screen out of the rim from the side of the Filling Chamber until the Screen detaches from the groove.
  2. Pinch the Screen with the tweezers and remove it from the Filling Chamber.

Assembling the Cooling Unit & Filling Chamber Screen  

To reassemble the Cooling Unit, follow the instructions for disassembling in reverse order.
Please read the article above (Disassembling the Cooling Unit).

Make sure:

  • Seal Rings are properly seated.
  • Screens are inserted in the grooves provided for this purpose.

To install the Filling Chamber Screen:

  • Carefully bend a cleaned Screen beforehand or use a new Screen.
  • With the curved side facing upwards, insert the Screen into the Filling Chamber.
  • Using the Filling Chamber Tool, press the Screen flat into the provided groove.
