Before switching on the VOLCANO CLASSIC, please ensure the following:
- Ventilation and Cleanliness:
Make sure that all vapors from flammable cleaning agents or disinfectants have fully evaporated from the environment. This prevents the risk of inhaling harmful substances during operation.
- Check the Balloon and Mouthpiece:
Confirm that the Valve Balloon and Mouthpiece are free from any foreign particles or inhalable contaminants.
- Unobstructed Openings:
Do not close, cover, or obstruct any openings of the vaporizer while in use or during the cooling phase. This could interfere with proper airflow or cooling.
- Check for Visible Damage:
Inspect the Vaporizer and Power Plug for any externally visible damage. Never operate a damaged device.
- Confirm Voltage Compatibility:
Before connecting the Hot Air Generator, verify that the voltage rating on the underside of the device matches your mains supply. If unsure, consult a qualified electrician.
- Handling Malfunctions:
In the event of any unusual behavior or malfunction, immediately disconnect the power plug from the socket and cease use.

Fill the Filling Chamber

💡 Before putting the Valve Balloon on the Filling Chamber, stretch it tight so that the Balloon is placed vertically on the Hot Air Generator when it is filled. Put the Valve Balloon on the Filling Chamber and allow it to lock in place. ► This will open the Valve. ► Now the Valve Balloon will fill with vapor. 💡 Only fill the Valve Balloon with the approximate amount of vapor that you intend to use within the next 10 minutes. ► Do not fill the Valve Balloon completely (overpressure) in order to prevent the loss of vapor | |
When the Valve Balloon is filled, switch off the air pump and remove the Balloon together with the Filling Chamber. ► To do so, hold the Filling Chamber Cap at the textured grip. 💡 Never leave the Filling Chamber on top of the hot air outlet of the VOLCANO CLASSIC as long as the heater is on, except when filling the Valve Balloon. | |

| Attach the Mouthpiece to the Valve and allow it to lock in place. | |
To inhale, put the Mouthpiece to your lips and press them lightly against the Mouthpiece. ► By doing so, the Valve opens and the vapors can be inhaled from the Valve Balloon. ► As soon as you remove the pressure from the Mouthpiece automatically closes. |
