Safety Instructions Before Use
  • Ensure that all vapors from cleaning agents or disinfectants have completely evaporated.
  • Do not block the air vents of the vaporizer during operation or cooling down.
  • Check the mouthpiece and cooling unit for foreign objects.
  • Inspect the vaporizer and power supply for visible damage.
  • Make sure the voltage matches the specifications on the device's rating plate.

Fully charge the CRAFTY+ before first use.

For optimal safety and performance: 

  • Use only original STORZ & BICKEL accessories with the CRAFTY+. 
  • Unsuitable third-party parts may void your warranty.
Usage

The CRAFTY+ features a one-button control.

There are 3 preset temperature levels. 

Start vaporizing as soon as the heating process is complete.

  • Flip out the mouthpiece of the cooling unit.
  • Place the mouthpiece between your lips.
  • Inhale steadily for a few seconds, but only half as much as you actually can.
  • Hold your breath for a few seconds, then exhale slowly.
  • Focus consciously on the breathing process.
The higher the temperature, the more the flavor may be affected.
Turning the Device On/Off

Press the orange power button (ON/OFF) for at least half a second.
► The device confirms turning on/off with a vibration.

Allow the vaporizer to fully heat up or cool down depending on the action (turning on or off).

Automatic Shutdown

For safety and to protect the battery, the CRAFTY+ automatically turns off after 2 minutes of inactivity. The shutdown is indicated by a vibration and the display of the battery level.

You can reset the shutdown timer by pressing the power button (ON/OFF) briefly during operation. A short vibration confirms this.
 
In the Web App, the automatic shutdown can be extended up to 5 minutes.
Using the S&B Web App

The Web App is not necessary for operation but offers advanced settings:

  • Adjustment of base and booster temperatures
  • Adjustment of LED brightness
  • Enable/disable vibration
  • Monitoring battery status and total operating time
  • Adjustment of automatic shutdown time (1–5 minutes)

To reset all settings made via the Web App, press and hold the power button (ON/OFF) for 10 seconds.

► The device confirms the reset with red/green/blue running lights and a vibration.
Troubleshooting

No Vapor Production

If your CRAFTY+ is not producing vapor:
  1. Make sure the mouthpiece, cooling unit, and filling chamber are free of deposits.
  2. If the problem persists, register your device for repair (RMA).

LED Indicators & Meanings

Red/blue blinking:
The battery temperature is too high or too low.
►  Allow the device to cool down or warm up.

Blue (steady or blinking):
Indicates the current battery charge level (as described above).

Red/green blinking:
The USB-C cable is unsuitable.
►  Please use an original S&B USB-C cable.

Red/orange blinking:
Device error
► Turn off the device immediately and disconnect it from the charger. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
