Safety Instruction Before Use
- Fully charge the VENTY using the included USB-C cable and a compatible charger before turning it on for the first time.
- Inspect the device and Power Adapter for any visible external damage.
► Do not operate a damaged Vaporizer. - Verify the power source: Ensure the specifications on the type label match your local mains supply.
- Ensure that all vapors, e.g. from flammable cleaning agents and disinfectants, have evaporated.
- Check the airflow: Confirm that the Mouthpiece and Cooling Coil are free from inhalable foreign objects.
- Do not obstruct the air openings of the vaporizer during operation or while it is cooling down.
Application
Once the heating process is complete, start vaporization immediately.
- Fold out the Mouthpiece.
- Put the Mouthpiece between your lips.
- Inhale evenly for a few seconds and only half as much as possible.
- Hold your breath for a few seconds.
- Slowly exhale.
► Conscious concentration on the breathing process
► Never blow into the device.
► Always monitor how your body reacts (e.g. coughing or chest discomfort). If in doubt, consult a medical professional.
Filling the Filling Chamber
- Remove Cooling Unit by turning 90° counterclockwise.
- Fill the Filling Chamber completely with crushed plant material up to
the rim.
► Do not overfill or compress tightly! - Reattach Cooling Unit by turning 90° clockwise.
► If you use Dosing Capsules, be aware that they may reduce airflow.
Adjustable Airflow
The Vaporizer has an adjustable airflow, which can be adjusted steplessly with the help of the Setting Wheel (with constant draft resistance).
Control the draw resistance with the Setting Wheel:
- Low: One notch – low airflow
- Medium: Two notches – medium airflow
- High: Three notches – high airflow (20 l/min)
Reset of the VENTY
- Hold Power Button (ON/OFF) for 10 seconds.
► Alternatively, use the Web App to perform a reset. - A vibration and reset animation will confirm the reset
- Resets Base and Booster Temperature, as well as all other settings, to factory settings.
Automatic Shut-Off
- Automatically powers off 2 minutes after last use or button press.
- Press the Power Button (ON/OFF) briefly during operation, if you would like to reset the automatic shut off to two minutes.
Use with Web App
The Web App is not required, but enables:
- Custom settings (temperature, boosters, display, shutdown)
- Firmware updates

Follow these steps to connect your VENTY via Bluetooth:
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone.
► Make sure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering. - Open a browser that supports Bluetooth connectivity (we recommend Bluefy).
