Initiation Charging Process
Before using your VENTY for the first time:
- Connect the device to the supplied USB-C charger.
- The device vibrates and the display lights up.
- The charge status field (6 bars) flash in an ascending sequence to show charging progress.
- Once fully charged, all six status fields remain steadily illuminated.
Charging Options
Supercharging (recommended):
- Quick flashing indicator bars
- 80% charge in just 40 minutes using the official STORZ & BICKEL USB-C Supercharger
Standard USB-C quick chargers:
- Moderate flashing of indicator bars
Low-power chargers
- Slow flashing indicator bars
- Charging may take significantly longer
💡 Charging progress is always visualized via the flashing speed of the ascending indicator fields.

Eco Mode
To extend battery life and minimize degradation over time, you can activate ECO Charging Mode via the STORZ & BICKEL Web App.
► This setting optimizes charging speed and battery preservation by moderating power flow.
► Activated Eco-Mode is indicated as shown.
Important Safety Instructions for Charging and Usage
Always switch off & unplug the VENTY:
► After charging
► When not in use
► Before cleaning or maintenance
► During thunderstorms
