Changing and Canceling Orders
Change Order
- Items cannot be added to an existing order.
- To change your order, we recommend canceling it and placing a new one.
Cancel Order
You can cancel orders yourself in your customer account ("My Account").
Depending on the order status, you will see a specific text link under "My Orders" > "View Order":

Cancel Order
Clicking on "Cancel Order" will cancel the order.
The order status will be set to "Canceled".
The cancellation will be confirmed by email.
If the invoice has already been paid, you will receive a credit.

Request Cancel Order
Clicking on "Request Cancel Order" will initiate the cancellation process.
We will inform you about the process via email.
After successful processing, the order status will be set to "Canceled".

Orders in Your Account
Orders can only be placed through our official online shop.
Invoices, Taxes & Export Regulations
- Invoices cannot be changed for customs or tax reasons.
- Local duties and taxes may apply for international shipments.

Order Status & Delivery
Track your order under “My Orders” in your customer account.
The order statuses mean:
- Pending: Waiting for payment
- Processing: Payment received, order in queue
- In Progress: Order is being packed
- Completed: Ready for shipment

You will receive an email with your tracking number once the order has been shipped.
Products Out of Stock
To be informed about a restock, you need a customer account.
- Log in to your customer account or create a new one.
- Click on the product page on “Notify me when ... is in stock”
You will be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.
