Return Conditions

Europe & International

  • We only accept returns for unused and unopened devices within 14 days of purchase.
  • The quality seal must be intact. If  the seal is broken, the device is considered used and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and product instructions.
  • Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from STORZ & BICKEL. If purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.
  • The buyer bears the risk of return shipment, including customs duties and taxes.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given after sale. No returns will be accepted.

Refund Process
  • Please ensure your return includes:
      Invoice or proof of purchase
      Personal Information: name, phone number, and address
      Order number                                                                                                                                                

    Reason for return

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method after inspection and approval of your return.

    ►  If requesting a bank transfer refund, include IBAN & BIC.

    ►  If you prefer a different refund method, state it clearly in the return shipment.

  •  Refunds may be reduced if customs duties or restocking fees apply (e.g., $25.00 restocking fee for some US returns).
