- We only accept returns for unused and unopened devices within 14 days of purchase.
- The quality seal must be intact. If the seal is broken, the device is considered used and cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and product instructions.
- Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly from STORZ & BICKEL. If purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly.
- The buyer bears the risk of return shipment, including customs duties and taxes.

► Order number► Reason for return

Refunds are issued via the original payment method after inspection and approval of your return.
► If requesting a bank transfer refund, include IBAN & BIC.
► If you prefer a different refund method, state it clearly in the return shipment.
- Refunds may be reduced if customs duties or restocking fees apply (e.g., $25.00 restocking fee for some US returns).
